Citizens Advice Liverpool has recently moved to a new home at Liverpool Innovation Park and launched a brand new website, making it easier than ever for people to access advice and support.
As part of this transition, some of our previous office locations have closed. However, we want to reassure residents that we are not delivering less – we are delivering differently.
Our focus is on making advice more accessible, flexible and responsive to people’s needs, with more ways to get help both remotely and in communities across the city.
We are still here to help – offering advice online, by phone, and through drop-in sessions across Liverpool.
