A drop-in allows you to come and speak to us in person. The purpose of a drop-in is to begin advising you on how to deal with your presenting problem(s).

How to prepare for your visitWe run both general advice and money/debt advice outreach sessions across the city. These operate on a drop-in, first come first served basis.
⚠️Please note: The adviser running the drop-in session will decide when maximum capacity has been reached. We recommend arriving early to increase your chance of speaking to an adviser.
