Our Adviceline is free to call. Please call 0808 278 7840 between 9am and 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Our services are experiencing extreme demand, so there may be an extended wait time when you call us. Please remain patient and wait on the phone until an adviser is free to speak with you.
Drop-in appointments:
Currently, we offer two types of drop-in:
Debt and Money Advice Drop-In:
If you’re seeking advice on debt or money problems, our money advice team provide drop-in appointments, with no pre-booking required. Our drop-ins page includes the address and timings of the drop-ins.
General Advice drop-in:
If you’re seeking advice on anything other than debt and money, the general advice drop-in is suitable for you. We operate at several locations across Liverpool every week, and we operate our drop-ins page accordingly.
Online advice:
At the bottom of your screen, the ‘CALbot’ icon is available to help you get started tackling the problem you’re facing. Find information about our services, jobs and volunteering opportunities, and online advice to provide you with the information you need to begin tackling your problem.

The Citizens Advice website has information on national advice services that may be able to help you with your problem, including free helplines and the ability to chat with an adviser online.
